2018 está na porta, é um momento ideal para os nadadores refletirem um pouco sobre os últimos 12 meses. É o período do ano em que renovamos as nossas esperanças e fazemos uma reflexão para revisar as nossas metas pessoais. Todos passamos por momentos bons e ruins ao longo do ano. E você, nadador, sabe muito bem disso… Aproveite este período de reflexão para estabelecer metas que podem ajudá-lo a alcançar seus objetivos… Eu vou tentar ajudar com algumas resoluções de Ano Novo que você e todos os nadadores deveriam considerar:
- Seja mais perfeccionista consigo mesmo, esteja atento à todos os detalhes, maximize seu desempenho físico e mental.
- Tente aprimorar sua técnica à cada treino, à cada partida, à cada viragem… A qualidade deve vir sempre antes da quantidade.
- Dê o exemplo nos treinos como atleta como colega e como amigo, seja inspiração para seus colegas, facilite a vida do seu treinador.
- Questione sempre que houver uma oportunidade, busque compreender o motivo desta ou daquela série para que possa aproveitar ao máximo cada sessão de treino…
- Treine duro! Ninguém disse que seria fácil.
- Durma mais, muito de seu desempenho nas piscinas e nos estudos depende da quantidade e da qualidade do sono;
- Evite ‘lixos’ no seu prato, o alimento é seu combustível.
- Hidrate-se muito antes, durante e após os treinamentos.
- Acredite (a c r e d i t e ! ) no valor dos treinos em seco, são tão importantes quanto as sessões de piscina.
- Seja feliz!
